I’m not being hyperbolic. I’m simply listening. Here’s Governor Tim Walz calling upon Minnesotans to rise up and fight ICE! He did this on a prime time address to the state. As usual with Democrats, ignore the benign headline is listen to what he actually says.

So we’ve got the Governor, the AG, and the Mayor of their largest city declaring, in no uncertain terms, that the lawful removal of criminal illegal aliens will not be allowed within their borders.
What the hell else to call it but a declaration of Civil War?
Trump has threatened to use the Insurrection Act, as previous presidents have lawfully done when states have gotten too big for their britches. There’s some speculation he hasn’t pulled the trigger on it yet because he’s waiting desperately for a good outcome from SCOTUS re: tariffs, but that seems a bit of a stretch to me. Those decisions are long-written by now, but, as we learned from Obamacare, they can be changed at the last minute. So I don’t know, but good grief. Something must be done.
